FAQ

Are the travel expenses included in your packages?

Yes. Travel within Sydney is included for outdoor and at-home sessions. If your session location is outside the Sydney area, any additional travel fees will be discussed with you before booking.

DO YOU TRAVEL FOR PHOTOSHOOTS OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY?

I primarily photograph families across Sydney. For locations outside Sydney, please get in touch and I’ll be happy to discuss availability and travel options.

CAN I CUSTOMISE A PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE TO FIT MY NEEDS?

Absolutely. While I offer thoughtfully designed packages, I understand every family is different. If you’re looking for something slightly different, please reach out and we can create a session that suits your needs.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE THE FINAL PHOTOS?

Your online gallery will be delivered after your session within 2–3 weeks for outdoor and at-home session, 3-4 weeks for studio session. Each image is carefully edited in my signature style to ensure a timeless and polished result.

FAQ

HOW MANY IMAGES WILL WE RECEIVE?

Outdoor and at-home sessions include all edited digital images (usually 40–60 images).

Studio sessions include 12 fully retouched images, with the option to purchase additional images.

WHO IS CONSIDERED IMMEDIATE FAMILY?

Immediate family includes parents and their children. Extended family refers to grandparents, cousins, aunties/uncles and other relatives outside the immediate family are welcome for an additional fee.

FAQ

HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.

DO YOU HELP WITH WHAT TO WEAR AND HOW TO PREPARE?

Yes. Styling and preparation guidance is included with every session. I’ll provide advice on clothing, colours, and textures so you feel confident and prepared.

FAQ

WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD FOR AN OUTDOOR SESSION?

If weather conditions are unsuitable, we’ll reschedule your session at no additional cost.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW FILES?

No. Only professionally edited high resolution images are delivered, consistent with my style and quality standards.
